Payment information (such as credit/debit card details) is not stored or processed by us. All payments are securely handled by our trusted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU).

• Process and deliver your order
• Communicate order status or support queries
• Maintain purchase records for tax or compliance

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

To minimize data storage:

• Order-related data is retained for up to 6 months after completion
• Cancelled, failed, or pending orders are automatically removed within 30 days

After the retention period, customer data is anonymized or deleted automatically.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Agriware, every product is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch. Because our biodegradable tableware products are made for food contact use and are naturally sensitive to handling, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and hygiene.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during transit, or
• A wrong product or quantity has been delivered.

To initiate a return:

• Send us an email at mail@agriwareindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and the outer packaging.
• Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned items. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

• Products are used, opened, or not returned in original condition
• Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• Proof of issue (images/videos) is not provided

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or opened tableware
• Bulk or wholesale orders
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Orders placed in error or for change of mind

4. Cancellations

Since we do not have a customer account portal, all cancellation requests must be made via email before the order is shipped.

Please email mail@agriwareindia.com with your order number, reason for cancellation, and date/time of your order.

If the cancellation request reaches us before dispatch, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Processing of Refunds

All approved refunds are credited within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
